At C&C Events and Designs, we are passionate about creating events that are not only beautiful but also meaningful. From the smallest details to the big picture, we strive to make every event special and unique.

Hello! I'm Caitlin, your passionate wedding planner based in Nashville, TN. With a heart that cherishes love stories, I'm dedicated to crafting unforgettable weddings where every detail sparkles with perfection. 


Drawing from my extensive journey in hospitality since I was 15, I bring a wealth of experience and a knack for exceeding expectations. I find joy in listening to how couples met and translating their unique journey into a wedding day that reflects their love story. 


Recently married myself in May 2023, my husband is now my trusted assistant, ensuring we bring a blend of personal touch and professional finesse to every celebration. Let's create a genuine, memorable experience for your special day!

Pre-Wedding

  • Pre-Wedding Consultation
  • Final Walk-thru of Venue
  • Vendor Recommendations
  • Creating A Detailed Wedding Day Timeline
  • Confirming All Final Details With Vendors
  • Facilitating the Ceremony Rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • Available Up to 8 hours on-site
  • (1) Lead Coordinator and (1) Assistant 
  • Coordinating & Facilitating Ceremony Setup
  • Coordinating & Facilitating Reception Setup
  • Setup of Wedding Accessories such as Guest Book, Place Cards, Favors, etc.
  • Coordinating Pinning of Boutonnières and Ensuring VIP’s Receive Flowers
  • Acting as Point of Contact for Vendors
  • Assisting Wedding Party & Guests
  • Distributing Final Payment to Vendors
  • Manage & Oversee Clean Up of Venue After Ceremony and Reception - We are the last to leave.
